Common questions

I finished a shift but have not got my Appreciation.
Hours are confirmed by the nonprofit after the shift ends. If it has been more than a day, email us with the shift name and date.

My code would not scan at the counter.
Codes refresh every few seconds — close the screen and open it again for a fresh one. If it still fails, the shop can look it up manually. You will not lose the Appreciation.

I chose the wrong thing.
You can change your mind any time before you collect it. Open the claim and cancel.

I run a nonprofit or a business and want to join.
Create an account, then add your organization from the settings gear. We check every organization before it goes live.

I want to close my account.
In the app: the settings gear, then Close my account. It explains what is erased and what has to stay before you confirm.
